A DAILY DOSE      SATURDAY, APRIL 30, 2016

In order to be saved, to go to heaven, you need to repent. But you can’t repent if you don’t believe in sin to repent of, and you can’t believe in sin if you don’t believe in a real moral law, because sin means disobeying that. Moral relativism eliminates that law, thus sin, thus repentance, thus salvation.

Peter Kreeft

Romans 6:1-2

What shall we say, then? Shall we go on sinning so that grace may increase? By no means! We are those who have died to sin; how can we live in it any longer?

A DAILY DOSE      FRIDAY, APRIL 29, 2016

Everything comes from love, all is ordained for the salvation of man, God does nothing without this goal in mind.
St. Catherine of Siena

but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

A DAILY DOSE      THURSDAY, APRIL 28, 2016

Anyone who proposes to do good must not expect people to roll stones out of his way, but must accept his lot calmly if they even roll a few more upon it.

Albert Schweitzer
